Please use the order form when requesting a commission. If you are uncertain about what sort of poses/composition you would like, we can discuss that.

After it is decided what is wanted, I will send you a paypal invoice. After payment, I will send the sketch and flat colors for approval. If you're unsure what poses you want, I can send you a couple options at no extra cost. The sketch phase is the ideal time to request edits or large changes (unless it is a sketch commission, that will be worked out beforehand).

After the approval is made, I begin the painting process. After it is finished, I send the piece for final approval/small edit(s).

If you have opted for a payment plan and not all payments have been made, I will not send the full res image to you until payment has been received in full.

Paypal Email Address: I will send the invoice to the address provided. Please do not provide a username, as I can only send invoices to email addresses associated with Paypal. If requested, I will work with you to create a payment plan for larger pieces.

Commission Type: Headshot, waist up, or full body. Sketch or fully rendered? Background? Extra character?

Description: Here you can include skin tone, eye color, hair color/texture/length/style, notable scars, tattoos, height, weight. Photo references are appreciated.

Apparel: Do you want them wearing a certain style of clothes? Reference photos/links to the desired apparel/jewelry are appreciated and encouraged.

References: Include any pictures of poses or expressions you want. PLEASE NO AI GENERATED IMAGES.

Character personality/mood: Feel free to add a bit about their personality, I will try to work that into the mood of the painting.

I have the right to cancel a commission at any time. I have the right to reject work as I see fit.

I retain rights to the completed work and can post it anywhere. I retain the right to use any commissioned art as advertisement for my service. I retain the right to use commissioned art in portfolios and post said art on social media.

Once completed, the client may use the art for personal icons, display pictures, forum signatures, etc. Please give credit.

The client may NOT use the art for print or commercial use/merchandise, unless express written permission is given and signed for by the artist. Client may request commercial rights. Commercial usage rights require an extra fee that will be added to commission invoice.

The client may NOT edit or trace artwork.

The client may NOT use the art for AI training or NFT purposes.

Payment is made upfront through Paypal (USD) using an invoice I will send to you. I will work with you to create a payment plan for larger pieces.

If I am unable to complete a commission or have to cancel for any reason, I will refund half the payment.

I offer free edits during the sketching phase. The sketch phase is ideal for edits, as they are easiest to make at this stage. I offer one(1) free, small edit after the art is finished. Additional edits will cost extra depending on scale.

I do not have time limits for my paintings, nor do I take rush orders, but I strive to complete the art in a decent time frame (the complexity of the painting has bearing on the time needed for completion).

While I strive to get commissions done in a timely manner, please keep in mind that I get migraines very often and need to take long breaks from digital devices. Thank you for understanding.
