Commission Information

The painting process is as follows: After payment, I will send the sketch and flat colors for approval, then the finished product as PNG. Feel free to ask for images of the painting process.I offer 3 free edits during the sketching phase, and 2 edits after the art is finished. Additional edits cost $5 USD each.

  • I can draw OCs from WoW, SWTOR, GW2, FFXIV, D&D, etc. I will only paint up to two characters per commission (special sales excluded). I no longer offer detailed armor.

  • Send the commission request form in the email, not an MRP/TRP/etc.

  • Payment is made upfront through Paypal (USD) using an invoice I will send to you. I will work with you to create a payment plan for larger pieces.

  • If I am unable to complete a commission, I will refund half the payment. I do not have time limits for my paintings, nor do I take rush orders, but I strive to complete the art in a decent time frame (the complexity of the painting has bearing on the time needed for completion).

  • While I strive to get commissions done in a timely manner, please keep in mind that I get migraines very often and need to take long breaks from digital devices. Thank you for understanding.

Commission Terms of Service

These terms are subject to change at any time. (Last updated: March 13, 2023)If you request and/or pay for commission, you agree to the Terms of Service.

  • The artist has the right to cancel a commission at any time. The artist has the right to reject work as they see fit.

  • The artist retains rights to the completed work and can post it anywhere. The artist retains the right to use any commissioned art as advertisement for their service. The artist retains the right to use commissioned art in portfolios and post said art on social media.

  • Once completed, the client may use the art for personal icons, display pictures, forum signatures, etc. Please give credit. The client may not use the art for print for commercial use/merchandise, unless express written permission is given and signed for.

  • Description: Here you can include skin tone, eye color, hair color/texture/length/style, notable scars, tattoos, height, weight. Photo references are appreciated.

  • Apparel: Do you want them wearing a certain style of clothes? Reference photos/links to the desired apparel/jewelry are appreciated and encouraged.

  • References: Include any pictures of poses or expressions you want.

  • Character personality/mood: Feel free to add a bit about their personality, I will try to work that into the mood of the painting
